Summary: The AC Hotel is in an excellent location that is close to all amenities and restaurants in Innsbruck. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, modern and well appointed. The breakfast is of excellent quality and has a wide selection of choices. We booked the superior room and had a view of the surrounding mountains from the 14th (top) floor. The room was spacious and modern. The wooden floor could have been a bit more cleaner but we were provided with slippers. We also parked our car in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient and cost 20 Euros per day, which was a deal for hotel guests. Overall and excellent hotel and we would return to stay here again. I am surprised that the hotel roof does not have a terrace. A swimming pool or spa in the hotel would make this hotel even better. There is a fitness room and sauna for guests that is complimentary.

Summary: The bath tub drainage spoilt on our 2nd stay and we called the reception only being told the technician could only fix the following day and didn’t provide us any alternative solution as myself and another friend haven’t able to shower yet So we suggested to have shower at the fitness centre area then they gave us exception to bathe at the sauna after closed hours The reception also asked us to take cup and saucer from the restaurant directly when I called them on separate occasion

Summary: We are a family of three and had a big room. The room was clean, wood/laminat floors, very clean bathroom with hand soap, lotion, shampoo, balsam and shower gel. A resepsjonist spoke English very well and came with recommendations about restaurants. She marked everything on a map.

Summary: We had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very good. The breakfast was good too and staff at the restaurant was very helpful. The ambience in the rooms was good and restrooms very clean. I totally recommend staying here

Summary: Stayed for 3 nights and had no issues with anything. The welcome card for staying 3+ nights is a great bonus and saved us 30+ euros on the Nordkette trip to the top of Innsbruck. Staff was very helpful with any questions & minor requests we had throughout the whole stay. Our room also had a great view from the 10th floor. Would stay here again in the future.
